The latest version of the best selling cars in the UK, the British-built Nissan Qashqai is now available with a significantly enhanced e-POWER powertrain.

Pricing remains unchanged for most grades, with the Acenta Premium, N-Connecta, and Tekna+ models staying the same.

The N-Design and Tekna grades have seen a slight reduction of £50 each. This unique e-POWER system drives the wheels solely with an electric motor, using a petrol engine to generate electricity.

The new model delivers a 15% improvement in fuel efficiency, now achieving a claimed 62.8mpg and a potential range of 745 miles. CO₂ emissions have been reduced by 12% to 102g/km, placing it in a lower VED band.

Power has also increased to 201bhp in Sport Mode, while cabin noise has been reduced for greater refinement.

Production started at Nissan’s Sunderland plant, with the first cars arriving in UK showrooms from late August.
